What To Expect
We consider the first visit to our office to be one of the most important visits at Northern Dental Care. During this initial visit, we collect all your necessary medical history information. Additional information about your visit and about our office will be provided to you, and there are more resources on this website for your future reference. Whether your initial visit is a consultation or a dental cleaning, we strive to make you feel welcome to our practice in every way possible!
In order to make scheduling appointments as seamless as possible, we request that you call our office to discuss any openings or schedulings. You can request an appointment via this website, or call the number directly during our open office hours. Our friendly staff will assist to you in scheduling and final confirmation.
We require 48-hour notice to cancel or change any appointments.
In continuing our commitment to you and your oral health we are pleased to reserve appointment times that are convenient for you and your family’s schedule. In order to provide all patients with on-time service, and to effectively run our dental office, we must maintain those reserved scheduled times. We will be happy to assist you with rescheduling appointments with at least 48 hours of notice.
We do understand things come up, schedules change, and illnesses happen. We will handle each case of missed appointments on an individual basis.
Appointments that are missed or rescheduled without at least 48 hours of notice may be charged a $50 fee or require a deposit to schedule future appointments.
Thank you for your efforts on maintaining your reserved appointment time.
